*This fanfic is underneath my folder titled “Creepypasta stuff”. Gacha Club character designs are under my forum titled “My character designs<33[2]”. This is a ship fanfic between Creepypasta characters Ben Drowned (created by Jadusable) and Lost Silver (creator unknown). This is an AU where they are both alive, both fifteen years old, and the year is 2005. Kyle is the human name I came up with for Lost Silver. Something is going to happen to them to make them Creepypastas later, but this is just all the cute stuff for now!! I hope you enjoy!*
The summer had passed on, Kyle was in line for his schedule in the lunchroom.
It was probably foolish of him to think that he would actually run into Ben again, but when he played his video games in the dark of his room and lay in bed wide awake, he thought of that one interaction with Ben, the one interaction where somebody was nice to him.
Usually, Kyle’s loneliness didn’t hurt that much, but somehow, when he met Ben, his loneliness grew larger, evermore present.
He tried to ignore it, focusing instead on Pokèmon Silver on his gameboy. He was starting a new school year at a new school. Maybe his parents would like the town enough to stay. Maybe Kyle would run into Ben again. Maybe-
“Kyle?” A familiar, energetic voice asked.
Kyle looked up, his heart racing in his chest, hardly believing his luck, his good fortune.
It wasn’t a dream, it was pure reality. Ben was standing in front of him, his blue eyes holding hints of nervousness, his blond hair sparkling in the sunlight.
“I didn’t know you went here. How are you?” Kyle said softly. He didn’t know how to convey his own excitement that well, but he hoped that Ben wasn’t bothered.
Ben smiled a little bit and that, that brought Kyle to smile a little more, for how could anyone not want Ben to be happy? The smile made his eyes light up more.
“My summer was good. I spent a lot of time playing video games. My parents got upset with me about it, but other than that, it was good. You?” Ben asked, his eyes alight with joy.
Video games? Huh. Ben was certainly a man of culture. Playing video games was something that never tired Kyle out, but goodness, it’d be better to play with someone else.
“Same here. Great summer, irritating parents. It’s honestly so weird how parents get pressed over video games. Like, it’s not “melting our brains” or anything. It’s just fun! “ Kyle vented. No, he didn’t exactly understand why he vented to Ben, it just came out of him.
It just felt right.
“Yeah, I get that. They try to make us feel bad for having fun when it’s not something that they used to do as kids, because they think that what they do is right because they did it.” Ben said.
There was a pause between them. Kyle searched in the deep recesses of his brain, trying to think of something fitting to say, something that would accurately describe how grateful he was to have run into Ben in a new school and he came up with:
“You can stand next to me if you want. I’ll show you how to play on my gameboy.”
“Sure thing.” Ben said, joining Kyle in the line.
As Kyle explained to Ben how to play the game, he felt his sour mood fade away, for he was talking longer than he usually did, for Ben thought that he was worth the time.
Kyle was worth it to someone else. He couldn’t believe it, it all felt like such a nice dream, but he’d accept it and hopefully, they’d get to talk to each other more!
Maybe even watch anime together. That’d be nice.

Do you wanna see my character designs of them?
YES DUH
The first is Ben and the second is Kyle. The red stuff on Kyle%u2019s face are pimples:

i cant see it
You can%u2019t see the designs? I shall message them to you.
tyty
You%u2019re welcome!
Back at it again. Because of my scatterbrained nature, I usually write my reviews at the same time I’m reading. ADHD is a bananas gear in my head, always shifting when I don’t want it to.
Ever since I learned about it, I’ve stuck with the s’mores method because it’s the most convenient.
Top graham cracker
I really like this. I can feel, for lack of better words, a little bit of puppy love here—so excited to see him that he just lights up their whole world.
Even though the next part is internal dialogue, it feels like he’s trying to be a little sophisticated:
Marshmallow
Even though this is closer to the end of the passage, I’d call this the marshmallow. You can feel his internal struggle to find words that show his feelings. Every relationship has to wrestle with communication, and since he’s younger, you can imagine just how much harder it is for him to say what’s on his heart.
Bottom graham cracker
I couldn’t quite find one here. Since it’s just a short fanfic doodle, it leaves me wanting a little bit more from this interaction.
All in all, I really love your work and would like to see more of this sweet little love story. It hits the right button in your heart — just so cute.

Shared moments in the basement
Hello Again, My Friend!
Onto the next story, we're back in Ben and Kyle's saga! Let's dive right in...
To start, aw! I love getting to read moments like this from the other perspective. Sometimes, when writers try this, it feels a little too similar and comes off as repetitive, but you do a good job at capturing the different feelings, and of course, key descriptions and backstory.
*ahem* Once again, no complaints! I couldn't spot any typos or the like, and this was very nice to read as-is.
As for favorite parts, hm...
I feel like this aspect of Kyle's personality is all too relatable to the fellow introverts of the world, lol. But it does help show that when he's quiet, it's not him being hesitant or bitter, much less annoyed as Ben feared so much. He's just bad at showing the emotion he wants!
Yesss, more nerdy bonding, we love to see it!
Ah, my favorite moment from the original, recaptured. And I still love the fact that this Gameboy is like a token of Kyle's appreciation and-or adoration! So cute.
It's interesting (and a bit sad admittedly) that they both have this aura of "there's no way he thinks I'm worthy," to different degrees. I wonder if that will be something that comes up between them in the future (if you plan on continuing this saga—no pressure ^^)
Haha, the Pokémon and/or Zelda-to-anime pipeline!! I am all too familiar with this experience, and sending many students from my school down it XD
Overall, this was awesome! Nicely done!
"They who dream by day are cognizant of many things which escape those who dream only by night."
"Words have no power to impress the mind without the exquisite horror of their reality.”
"I would define, in brief, the poetry of words as the rhythmical creation of Beauty."
I%u2019m happy you enjoyed this and found it relatable and yes, I plan on continuing this. :>

I really like your character Ben or more so seeing Ben from Kyle's point of view because immediately Kyle sited Ben I actually felt his relief.
