Hello, My Friend!
Hiya, Creeper! I spotted this poem in the Green Room and wanted to check it out!
To start, this felt like such a nice love letter to the Creepypasta community, and shows such a positive side of the fandom. Knowing how much heat it can get sometimes, I LOVE seeing these kinds of things!
For recommendations, the only thing that made me feel just a bit "iffy" was the text-speech, using "u" instead of "you" and such, but it does feel more like a creative choice, and in an odd way...It kinda fits the vibe? I don't know, the reviewer in me wants to nitpick grammar, but the reader in me actually likes this lol.
That sort of weird non-criticism aside (lol!) let's review some of my favorite lines!
I love this line, because it's so true! They're creepy, and given how some of us entered the fandom pretty young, a lot of the stories might've actually scared us here and there, but at the end of the day...you still grow attached to the characters! They just feel special like that <3 And I have fond memories of LJ, Slenderman, Jeff, even Smile Dog, but also the Creepypastas that never really garnered that kind of fame (The Art of Jacob Emory, Hobo Heart, The Pianist...)
Yessss, even years later, you can come back and enjoy the old stories <33

With everything I read I keep appreciating this fandom more and more. It’s definitely not for me, I think it didn’t hook me when I was young enough but I think it can really bring the special brand of kid together that is into the dark and creepy stuff.
