It'll kinda just
bubble out when it's ready
those words you're searching for
they are there
just hiding
.
You'll get the courage
to leap into her arms
Probably toppling her over
but it'll happen
one of these days.
.
Just make sure
you don't wait too long
because some things
are worth waiting for
but, nothing is worse
than regret.

Hi!
I liked the simplicity of this poem. I think that the poem is very straight forward, but is also up for interpretation, which I enjoyed. For me, the first stanza was about telling someone you love how you feel about them, but also being able to open up about any number of things to a friend or family. It reminded me of when I opened up to a friend of mine about something I was very insecure about, and she got me through a lot of things. I love her and I never forget to tell her that everyday. So I hope you continue to write pieces like these. I'd love to read more!

This poem construed a lot of tone and depth. I enjoyed the overall structure and the usage of a period to separate the verses. It conveys a lot of methodical-imagery that gives a reader a chance to relate to your poem. The poem clearly told a tale of where one is having difficulty admitting feelings and being awkward in their mannerisms (I can definitely relate). The title was definitely interesting, it lured me because of how much can be covered in the word 'regret'. There's different types of regret and I enjoyed your selection of warning a person of romantic regret.
One thing I would focus on is perhaps the use of unnecessary adverbs (just, but, etc). Otherwise, great poem! I see your talent and I am definitely looking forward to your future submissions.
Thanks,
Enoshima
