A soft wind sweeps the ash from the speckled sand,
As a thick silence settles upon the desolate land.
A vast graveyard of fallen trees,
Their charred branches creaking the breeze.
The burnt figures, withered ghost white shells,
Mere shadows of their past selves.
Scorched by smoke and scarlet flame,
An angry beast impossible to tame.
A raging fire swept over the lush land,
Reducing it to blackened ash and sand.

Hey felistia!
I just wanted to start out with the fact that this was an amazing piece of writing, and I can't believe how much you were able to give out with such few words! Next I personally could really find any mistakes or anything you need to work on as this was really just so amazing! Keep on writing!

Felistia, you're just too good at poetry for your own good. The imagery was amazing I felt like I was there even through you only wrote 10 stanzas. I cant believe it. But that's enough of my babbling. I hope you get the literary spotlight because you deserve it! Keep writing so I can keep reviewing!
