Hi there!
[img]http://i.qkme.me/3ot761.jpg
...for taking so darn long to write this review.

Okay, to summerize this piece in one word:

Like, in every aspect. Emotions, setting, characters... everything, really, was perfect.
Oh, and also, it made cry. Like, seriously weep. For a fictional character told in weird symbols called words in a story that never happened. (In case you were wondering, this has never happened to me before. Ever. Evereverever.)
Poor Zane. Sparks, you are so MEAN!
Gosh, this story made me think for days. Like, what if -in the unlikely case that I found true love- the love of my lofe is killed before my eyes? Because of prejudice- discrimination? Will I be able to live with it? Janie kept on living to tell his story, and I love and admire her for it.

Great job, Sparks, for creating such a beautiful piece of work that made a girl with a stone heart shed tears.

I bow to you.
Cheers!

This was very lovely. The story was simply beautiful and the ralationship between Jane and Zane was real. This wasn't some soppy love story it had meat to it and a touch of sunshiney beauty as well. The only nitpick I have is that Zanes death scene was a little two quick and hollow...perhaps instead of generalizing what Zane's words were you could create some real dialouge in that scene to show more emotion. Just my advise though. Either way it was a lovely story that I truly enjoyed reading. :D

We are not to simply bandage the wounds of victims beneath the wheels of injustice, we are to drive a spoke into the wheel itself.
