It was only a way to reach the end

In Poems from Before I Was A Poet

It was only a way to reach the end.

The simplicity of which he wrote the words that would seal the fate
of so many people astounded her, shocked her, and scared her.
The ease with which he made the first cut on her skin
fascinated her, intriguied her and alarmed her.

The scream that escaped her as the quiet slice was made
pleased him, soothed him and enthralled him.

It wasn't murder, no, this was the silencing of a life.
The ceasing motion of a single world that once existed.
This was just a way to meet the end.
An end where she no longer existed.

Wow. That was pretty dark. I love it though. :) As far as I could see, there weren't any mistakes. I thought that you structured this really well. I don't think I've ever read a poem about murder though. You did really well! I hope to see a lot more from you! If you have any questions on anything, please don't be afraid to ask. :)

Keep on writing!!!
