In My Poems

So, I have (attempted) to write a poem in Spanish, I think it turned out pretty well, but I'm sure there are some mistakes there, and I'm not sure how reliable the translator sites I used were. It'd be really cool if someone here who speaks Spanish could laugh at how bad this is point out my errors!

El amancer es bonito

Amarillo y rojo

Como sangre o rosas o

Bueno o malo

pero voy a veo

Hola!
Here to conquer your word and polish your thoughts!
I am here for a review! I really think it was a great idea and an attempt to translate your poem into Spanish. And like each and every poem, though it is short it was really quite something.

I am currently learning Spanish and Japense and Spanish are quite challenging for me. I don't know if I am right or wrong about all the suggestions below. Though I am pretty sure that this is beautifully written.

"Dawn is beautiful"
You could add something else to it since your poem is quite short. Like "The dawn of Colombia is beautiful" (I am not sure there is beautiful dawn in Colombia...)You should be more descriptive in my opinion, since it's a....a poem.

"Yellow and red"
What kind of "yellow"?

"Like blood or roses"
Like "blood"? I think it's doesn't really make a good combination with "roses".

"Como sangre o rosas o"
"blood or roses or"
This is what the translater and what I think you meant. You don't need "o" unless you are going to add something and have forgotten.

"Good or bad
but I will see"

This is supposed to be:

"bueno o malo
Lo seguiré viendo"

"Good or bad
I will still see it"

Or in case you don't like "still" and would like it removed:

"bueno o malo
Lo vere"

If you want to remove "it" for a reason then:
"Pero bueno o malo
yo veré"

Meaning, "Good or bad
I will see"

Love your poem!
Thank you so much for sharing it!

ChrisDixon

Thank you for the review! I will keep in mind what you have said
