Hello, Godly here for a review and happy review day!

This is a very sweet poem that creates the feeling of reminiscing or love which draws the reader in quickly. I love the idea of looking for a new perspective on an old tire swing. This creates the feeling of old and new joining together for a better place which acts as a powerful message that runs underneath the sweet simple nature of the poem. The use of words like flutter help to create a soothing atmosphere for the reader that helps them flow with the poem. The ending was a bit strange, if you don't mind me saying, which I guess creates a magical(?) side to the story. You always have an interesting format to your poems which makes them stand out well. I like how you separate the mention of the tire swing from the main structure as it helps it stand out showing the importance of the occurrence. The only thing that I am a little confused about is the use of description for the arm. Why did you say veined arm? Is this important to the story? Apart from that this poem was a really good read and I enjoyed going through it to explore its secrets and patterns. Overall an amazing work and your talent does not falter!
Keep writing and all the best,
Godly :D

This poem as as magical as it was confusing! (not really confusing, but more like, odd)
In the beginning I got the feeling that this was about an old couple returning to the spot where they first met, or something like that. (Like you see in movies)
Later, however, I go the feeling that maybe... The characters were looking back on past moments they've had together? (Maybe?)
In any case, I enjoyed this all together, so it's been a pleasure!

~The dark one.

Thank you!

'Tis the season to shovel enormous amounts of watermelon into your mouth while hunched over the cutting board like a dehydrated vampire that hasn't fed on blood in four hundred years and the only viable substitute is this questionable Christmas-colored fruit.
