So, I've been feeling lazy with this site. I've been dealing with writer's block, and the fact that very few people are writing works that I can properly review. So, I've become fairly inactive. I wanna change that.
I'll lay down a few rules and preferences for y'alls and then you can give me works.

Preferences & Specialties
I enjoy fantasy and romance novels. Supernatural is good as well, to an extent. Be warned, though, due to bad experiences with vampire drama (aka Diabolik Lovers and Vampire Knight) I cannot guarantee that all supernatural stories will hold my interest for very long--especially stuff that completely surrounds vampires and angst. Dystopian, action, and adventure are all things I enjoy as well.
I am best with novels and short stories. If you want a poetry review, you've come to the wrong person--I'm not good at that kind of art.
Keep in mind, I'm good at grammar and persuasion. I am somewhat decent at the art of character development and worldbuilding, but I can only help you to a certain extent.
I'm ridiculously good at argumentative essays, though I have no intention of going into politics or anything of the sort. But, I am willing to help people who'd like a review and some edits on an argument of theirs for school or another reason. (However, keep in mind that I'm still a freshman.)
Fanfiction
I'll read and review fanfiction, for series I know. I don't really watch popular live action shows and drama--such as Shameless or Supernatural. I'm an anime fan, so that's what I'm good for mediawise. However, I'm a massive bookworm--why else would I be here, I guess--and I read a ton... The Belgariad by David Eddings, Tamora Pierce's Tortall books, anything and everything by my favorite author, Brandon Sanderson (just finished Calamity) and also popular books, such as Percy Jackson and the Olympians or The Mortal Instruments.
I also enjoy gaming. Mystic Messenger, Skyrim, Just Cause 2, The Sims, Minecraft--you name it, I'll tell you if I've played it. (Ask me if I've seen or read the series and I'll get back to you.)
However, it must make sense! I'm not going to read a Percy x seahorse fanfiction or a story about Rentarou Satomi dying of a hot dog being too spicy.
Other
I will not review anything that is sexually explicit. Anything more explicit than implied bedding will not be tolerated.
You also must show me some level of grammar. I'm not asking for you to be of editing or proofreading level, but im not goin 2 reed a story if its writen lik this k
No emo. I'm not going to read a short story about a person who had a horrid life and then finally killed himself. Drama and angst are as far as I'll go. However, on another note, I'd be willing to read a story like Numb. (Look it up on this site, it's rather good.) Lyrical is fine, but emo is not.
If you need an example for the differences (because I will admit there is a fine line) I like Spike Spiegel from Cowboy Bebop, who is a lyrical type character. I do not like Kaneki Ken in season two ofTokyo Ghoul--he goes from a dislikable whiny brat to an emo whiny brat.
I also strongly dislike L from Death Note (who is also emo).
Essays
I will not write an argument for you! I can play the part of editor and/or tutor (up to a certain level) but I won't take if if you come to me with a paragraph and a half and ask for the rest of the argument.
Them's the rules! Post the links to your works and I'll get back to ya.

Hi! Can you review my novel, Death's Reign

It takes place in Victorian England where a young woman by the name of Emmeline Briar lives locked up in an asylum all thanks to her uncle, the last family member she has.

It's a mystery fantasy :) and in the later chapter that I have not written yet it will have violence. I don't think it's 16+ though so it's safe. Here are the links to the chapters out now but can I tag you when I post another one?

word count- 817

@AliceAfternoon
Sure! I'll gladly review your work.
However, I'm caught up with state testing and promotion exams (that second one is Kung Fu San Soo stuff) so I might not get the chance to for a while. But I will when I get the chance!

Hello, I know this is an old post but I thought I'd take the opportunity. I have a few works up currently. The one that's currently most important is Knowing Gods (This isn't religious in any way) :
Knowing Gods chapter 1
Knowing Gods Chapter 2
And the third will be up soon

Thank you :)

I'd love to work on your story, but it seems you currently have it saved as a draft. However, I'll get right to it when you publish it! (If I can find the time, that is.)

Hey! I was wondering if you could please review this?

(Undecided) #1: Ch. 1-5

I know it's pretty long so if you only do one or two chapters, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hey!

I understand if this is too much to ask, but I would appreciate just your opinions on my essay Christian Stereotypes and Corrections: A Defense of Christianity (Part 1). I'm not asking for an argument, but just your opinions on my logic and different points that I made.

Thanks in advance!
