Hi! So I found this poem and saw that it had only one review, but it wasn't in the Green Room? How strange. Well, I'm going to review this anyway.

This was a very meaningful poem, I like the repetition, it makes the story really powerful and resonates with the reader. It really tells the reader that this narrator was going through this all by themself.
I also like the pattern of starting every stanza with a verb ending with -ing, it has a nice ring to it.
One thing I thought you could work on was that at the end, some of the letters at the start weren't capitalized. This is probably just a small mistake, so I just wanted to point it out in case you didn't notice it, because it sort of breaks the pattern.
That's it! Overall, this is a really powerful poem that has a deep meaning. I hope this review was helpful!
Happy Writing!
Nice poem. You do a good job staying with the same rhythm throughout the poem. "sobbign" is spelled wrong in the 5th line. You should go back through it and make sure all the capitalization and punctuation is consistent. Such as how you mostly capitalize the first line then lower case the 2nd one in all the stanzas except for a few of them. Through the poem I can sort of follow the story of sadness, anger, and then blame or maybe guilt. Except for the line about war I didn't really think went with the rest of the story of the poem. Maybe you could combine the 5th and 6th stanza? My other suggestions are to consider possiblly taking out the word "all" in the 2nd line of each stanza. I'm suggesting this just because I think it would sound smoother that way and it really wouldn't take away any of the meaning. The very last stanza I always think is the most important. For some reason the last two lines seem a little bit choppy. You could maybe consider changing the last one to: "blame I earned all by myself". I like the whole idea, and the emotion behind the poem, there are just a few things you could change to make it even better. Keep writing, and good luck!!
