Anger

In poetry

The calm sea starts to brew,
It's vicious waves up on the sand.
A fit of fury no one can understand.

The fire slowly rising high,
Filling the air with black smoulder
Anger is starting to takeover.

I cry myself to sleep, a desperate plea
Why, how can I control
What is starting to take its toll?

The pain I feel, it’s torturing,
It is screaming out of me
For the whole world to see.

I crave the peace I will find.
One day I hope for serenity,
To stop this constant fuming.

Nothing I do will find me tranquillity,
For you make it swell again,
That eternal anger.
