Spoiler! :
I know this poem isn't really great and that it needs editing so all reviews would be highly appeciated :D.
I kind of wrote this for my awesome friends on here. Thanks for being awesome! :D

You are a stranger,
Yet you know me better than my closest friends.
I don't know you by face,
I barely do by name,
But your presence makes me feel safe.
My distance doesn't keep you away,
It's like you can walk right through these walls.
There is so much more I would like to say,
But words can not describe,
How much your words mean to me.

Hello! I love the simple way this poem is! Every line is short and easy to read. I, personally, think you could've made it longer, it was way too short. I also think you could've been more descriptive. While the poem is simple, the lack of imagery makes it seem bland and unexciting. Maybe you could've described the stranger better.

All in all, nice job. Keep writing.

Hi there!

I really like your poem. It's short and sweet and to the point. Good job! You put some great emotion into this and really made it believable. Your spelling and grammer is good so no worries there. The poem flows well and has a definite rhythm to it.

Overall this is a good piece. Sorry if this wasn't very helpful, but I thought I'd at least tell you what I liked. Keep writing! :)

I love this poem. It made me smile. Its really simple but shows so much. I can't really say that much. Not a very meaningful comment, but I think it needs to be said.

Nice, I agree with the other reviews the simplicity and the meaning of this poem are quite neat. You have described quite nicely the topic. Your poem is very relate-able and I think most people here on YWS share your feelings. On the other hand the simplicity might also be the poem%u2019s down fall, to me it is a little to simple. The way you have described your feelings is maybe a little too straight forward. This is a poem that makes you think, which is great, but to me it%u2019s a little too simple. This is really a matter of opinion but I kind of feel like what I see is what I get.
Then again that could be what you where going for. The grammar, as far as I know, seems to be very good. Which is amazing to me, since my grammar is terrible. The poem also seems to be lacking a beat or a regulated flow but it speaks quite well anyway.

Yet you know me better than my closest friends

Awesome poem, I hope to see more later!

Isn't it strange how the compliments of a complete stranger can mean more than a compliment from a friend? However weird it is, it's true. Strangers like the people here on YWS do mean a lot. They make you feel like you're part of something other than our own little bubbles. Very simple and perfect poem! Love it!

Great poem :) I love the simplicity of it, how you just come right out and say how much everyone means to you. Hopefully, if you go back and edit it, you can go in deeper about why you feel this way. I really like it!
