You're A Love Story---Not

In Random thoughts

You're not a love story.
You tried with sweet words but
your rough hands are prickly.

You're not a love story,
because you said that "love is fun".
Love is not fun; love is nerving.

You're not a love story,
because you think that kisses are a remedy
and butterflies in you stomach ecstasy

You're definitely not a love story;
you're a horror movie.

Sarcasm ! Isn't it? May be or may be not but yeah I agree with you . Forsome people love is game and for some it's life. For some its fun and for some its worship. As love is not only bundle of joy but it brings sorrow and sadness alsi sometimes. Someday I prayed not to let love visit me but now I am blessed by it. Though we can say not all love make love stories but not all are horror rather. Your poem scare me a little. Stay blessed !

Thank you for your review! Did I scare you too much? XD

Hey! I am here to review your amazing poem!

I love this poem. It has meaning. And it catches peoples eye. You could have stretched it out a little bit, and get more meaning, but that's up to you. Spelling is good, punctuation is good.
And I think people can also relate to this? Maybe. My favorite line is "You're definitely not a love story;" "you're a horror movie" I loved it. Awesome poem. Keep up the great, great work.

Keep writing!

Hey there!
This is definetly a bad poem...NOT
It has got a meaning andofcourse I liked it. Any one who thinks that love is "fun" is definetly not worth any love story, and as you said is a horror movie! only you could have made it a tad bit longer it would have been better. not that I'm complaining but there is always scope for improvement. right?

Thank you for your review! I havent even seen my poem yet here and I think I forgot to add line breaks LOL. I'm going to fix it now~

I cannot separate the aesthetic pleasure of seeing a butterfly and the scientific pleasure of knowing what it is.
