Miracle Worker

In Song Lyrics

(Verse 1)

When days seem long and life gets hard

I will trust in who You are,

You're a miracle worker

Though problems may come, peace will too,

Because I'll put my trust in you,

You're a miracle worker

(Pre-Chorus)

When day by day I know,

That I'm not on my own

I will fight with strength

That comes through Your grace(2x)

(Chorus)

Oh God You are --

A miracle working God

You always have been, You always will

Oh God you never fail

Oh God You are --

A graceful, loving God

You sent Your Son to die for me

To break the chains and set me free

(Verse 2)

When struggles come and overwhelm

Still I'll trust that You will be my help;

'Cause Your a miracle worker

It doesn't matter how I feel

Still You're faithful to come and heal;

'Cause Your a miracle worker

Back to Chorus

End with Pre-Chorus

Hey! ajruby here to review!
My mind is trying to think up a tune for these lyrics, so excuse me if this doesn't read smoothly..
I really liked this "song", if you can call it that yet.. But just a couple things..
1. Punctuation.. This is something that different people like to use differently and I respect your opinion. But it makes it flow better, even with just commas to break up the phrases.
2. A few times you used the incorrect form of "your/you're". That's one big thing that ought to be corrected.
But over all, I really liked this! Keep writing and Happy Rebiew Day(s)!

The Messenger Knight here to review for KotGR.
Oh goodie, another one?!?! *Is delighted* Onto the review.

A miracle working God

I think you could put a dash to connect miracle and working. It should look better.

So, I am confused as to your punctuation on this poem. It seems like you only use it on the verses, and you don't use any periods. Is that because these are lyrics? Maybe you could tell me a bit about punctuation on lyrics. It would help me to understand, as well as perhaps help me if I write music in the future.
Anyway, once again a fantastic song! I liked the pre-chorus a lot and think it was wise to end with it. Overall a good hopeful message!
Keep it up!
