Sunset Wishes

In Poetry

The sun kisses the horizon
Its neither hello nor goodbye.
You almost miss the moment
For its always passing by.
But if you catch the fleeting moment
wish it all away.
And when the orange and pink fade to black
Wait another day.

It's really good but It feels like ur holding back. It seems like this is about a boy I'm guessing u like but he can't be yours. You new to get deep and dark with your emotions. And screw who ever it is you like go for it.

lol this actually isn't about a guy. I was writing my book and a big part of it was about sunsets and sunset wishes. I took the idea and turned it into a poem that I thought captured the idea of what a sunset is. Thank you though.

I really like the imagery and concept of this poem.
There are only a few things I'd like to address.

I think you could combine the first two lines into one sentence so it would read
"The sun kisses the horizon
neither hello nor goodbye."

I'm not really sure what the fifth and sixth lines mean, but I think it would help the flow if you inserted a comma or more preferably a semicolon at the end of line 5.

Good work!

I'm not much of a reviewer, but I just wanted to chime in a bit. I thought the rhyme scheme was very nice, and overall the whole poem had a nice feel to it. :)
Defiantly earned its 'like'
