Not sure about Optimistic. It doesn't seem essentially Mother-ry, and not all Mother's are. Granted, not all Mother's are all of the things on this list. I suppose you're talking about GOOD mothers.
Something you really have to correct- 'In their childrens eyes'. You need an apostrophe in their- the eyes belong to the children
