For You

In Poetry

You just have no idea
How much you really mean to me
I may not always show it
But you mean the world to me
You are my everything
And through it all
I've made my mistakes
I'll stumble and fall
But I am trying to get better
For you
I cut
I was depressed
I was suicidal
But then I met you
And everything changed
I still get depressed
I still cut
But now I have something I didn't have before
You
And as long as I have you
I have hope
You gave me hope
I had a friend
Someone who cared
Someone who listened when I had something to say
I had found my lifeline
You saved my life
And I can never thank you enough for that
I'm the luckiest girl in the world just to have you
And I don't know what I would do if I ever lost you
I was broken
You fixed me
I was torn apart at the seams
You sewed me back together
When I met you
I knew my prayers had been answered
And I'm sorry
I know I haven't been a very good girlfriend
But I am trying to get better
For you
I'm trying to stop cutting
To be happy
To hold my head up high
To be a better girlfriend
And it's all for you
As I bleed my heart out to show
That I won't let go
I love you
And I always will
You are the reason I live and breathe
And I won't let go...

hai.
This is a really good poem, that's really touching.

I think, however you may dissagree, that you could put in some full stops, just to break up the poem into different pieces.

Another change i would make is in the line:
"But now I have something I didn't have before
You"
I suggest that you add a colon. i would also add a full stop after the word you, to emphazise. So it would be:
"But now I have something I didn't have before:
You."

Another change i would make is:
"I was broken
You fixed me
I was torn apart at the seams
You sewed me back together"
I would make it:
"I was broken
But you fixed me.
I was torn apart at the seams
And you sewed me back together."

But apart from the things I mentioned, I think this is super.
Keep on writing!
