Head over heels in love with this!! Such a cool concept and fantastic execution. The poem itself is sparklingly beautiful (and very personally relatable to me), and I think the images really add to it. They are very well chosen and I love the thoughtful way that they overlap. I was kind of getting some mood-board vibes initially, which I liked a lot, but by the end, it was something else—something more profound yet with a similar, very cool aesthetic. This was a great idea and I hope to see other pieces like this!! Good job <33

Hello! :D Ley here to review this piece for you! Firstly, I read your description, and for a first take at a visual poem you did amazing!

First impressions...

I love books that have pictures, poetry that has pictures, or anything that has pictures, really. XD So this poem captivated me straight away. I also loved the internal message, content wise. Really good job!

When I was reading this I felt...

Wise, weak, happy all at the same time? Somehow, you managed to draw so many emotions from your words, that I was conflicted on how to even respond to this part of my review. This was a dramatic get informative poem on your life and how you perceive things.

My favorite line/quote is...

The very last line, for many reasons. One, it was the perfect ending to the poem. Secondly, it made my heart drop. I believe that this shows how the narrator thinks, good or bad. For reference:

I can love you without you loving me.

Some things I would change are...

I wouldn't change anything, only because I don't think I have grounds to make any suggestions! I've never written or produced a graphic poem before, so I think I'll skip on this part of the review. :D

Overall...

This was soothing, chilling, yet emotional. I enjoyed every second of it, and the pictures, to me, went along really well with the words. Happy Writing! <333

With Love,
Leya
