Sing a praise
Let the Son raise
This is how I'll spend my days

Do you hear that church bell ring?
It's my Call of Duty
But you didn't hear it from me
I Spiral out of control
Which Direction nobody knows
But this fleeting Word has me thinking of what's to be
It's got me thinkin' of my Destiny
Cause I'm the Last of Us
People always askin' me to fill their cups
But I can't, this is my Warcraft
Come, I'll show you Minecraft
Enter- you won't get the Shaft
Bouncin' around like Donkey Kong
Take you back to the eighties when the shit was Pong
Never thought it would take me this long
But I'm out of my Slump
I'd hit the dumps
But I'm Back with a Vengeance

Stackin' these lyrics like homestyle Tetris
I'm livin' my life in Half Life and it'll be my own Destruction, my own Doom.
Come at me, fight, you'll need to Zoom
All over the place like you in Marios world

You got Princess Peach? Well toss that girl aside
Had her first before you came in the Picture-
Try it- you'll never make it Inside
Just shut up and listen- I'll be your guide

The original version was just a Prototype thrown in the Myst
I'd do anything now just to get you ticked
Thought I was out of my slump, guess I Missed my Chance
Get back here- I'll Breakout the Quake dance
Get arrested for Grand Theft Auto while in a Spacewar
Worse than a Madden NFL Tour
Lyrics that'll make you snore till you grow bored

Break out of this Computer Space
You better change Pace if you Need Speed cause this is my race

You're drivin' around
I know where my lane is
This Heavy Rain Envelopes these Dark Souls
Not caring whether they're young or Old
Try to warm up but you've grown so Cold
Lie next to the Fire- it'll keep you warm.
That's all I have- the End of the Swarm.

Hahah I read this and it made my day. I like how you incorporated titles and references from video games into the poem/rap.Some of it, like Lumi, said appears to be hurriedly. But as I continued reading it, and even trying to rap it out loud, it began to make sense. But this was really well written. Honestly, I think you should try to maybe actually rap this out loud, because it is original and it has its own unique rhythm to it, which I do enjoy very much. I know this is a short review, but I am tired, and I hope to see more from you. Bye bye!

NEEEEEEEEEEEEERD.

I -gag- must applaud you for managing to rhyme with video game titles. And I don't want to hear that it was on the fly...though I guess I could do it given some time. I'm just not rhyme-inclined. ( ;D )

There are several places in the first half that have me believing that this was written hastily since, well, it doesn't entirely make sense. You whiplash from one idea to another without cohesion, and that's not good poetry songwriting rapsmithing. Rapsmithing. Yeah.

All-in-all, the gimmick of incorporating the game titles into the rhymes, while fun, did a great disservice to whatever meaning you were trying to achieve here (though it's the same meaning as 74% of your other raps.) I like the closing sentiment without the rhyme:

Lie next to the fire - it'll keep you warm.
That's all I have.

Really, a lot of this would be good romantic poetry if you stripped away the rappery. And gimmicks.

Keep going.
