I made a small hankey for you when I was
Bored of it all. I baked two onigiris and
Packed them in it, for a lil' snack while we
Get back home. I wore your favourite
Perfume. I wore sapphire blue and hazel,
Your favourite colours. I am in the airport,

The penultimate poem ahhhhh
Slightly cringe, but who am I kidding, I love them anyways
Jasmine was hiding such big news for so long?! So proud of her, especially given how we saw her struggle at work the last time really heard about it.
Preposition mistake- shouldn't it be 'at'? I could be wrong though, I'm no expert,
I feel like I'm missing the song reference here, if there is one. I think so, from the repeated oohs but my searches turned up empty, as in no song by that title had such vocal notes. Anyways, it was sweet to see Jasmine make the arrangements to welcome her partner so lovingly- quite heartwarming,
ill admit, im not at all familiar with this series, but from what i can tell, the narratrator is someone who deeply loves their partner. I think that its done wonderfully as well, you can feel the excitement she feels for the return of her partner and i think thats just lovely. You can also see how she needs something to focus on constantly and whether thats adhd or stress it is also very well written, this is a very nice piece.

I am glad you liked the penultimate poem too, Tika! Jasmine does in fact love her wife a lot, as everyone could guess by now, so preparing for her wife's arrival is just her way of coping with her own stress as well as welcoming her wife! :p
