You have to understand
this letter is not usual.
It shouldn’t be bland,
it is not conventional.
We want to make a stand
about this constant issue.
Rhyme poems are grand
is what we want to tell you.
Can you not feel the magic
When you read this out loud?
The kind of happy music
that would bring smile to the crowd?
Don’t you want to avoid
poems of depression with no flow?
Don’t you just feel annoyed
when you have to read them slow?
We ask you to think again
about the poems we write.
We are not here to complain,
just stating what is right.
Rhyme poems can be fun
like gliding on the rainbow!
Under the brilliant sun
We say goodbye and bow!

Hot damn. This one is a quirky one. It's a shame I can't go into full detail into this baby.
I absolutely agree with your point in here though. Rhyming poems are often overlooked because why write these tricky-ass poems with all these complicated patterns and rhyme schemes when you can just be a sad thing and rant in the form of free-verse? Although it is tricky to make in the beginning, it's going to pay off in the end. It always feels glorious when you read the finished poem aloud, like a pseudo-Edgar Allan Poe. hhhhhnnnggggggg
The first person blends well with the rhyme. It just gives off that Dr. Seuss feel, like a Cat in the Hat is reading this poem to me.
Sadly, I can't get too much nitpicks since I'm really pressed for time. I guess I'll just have to leave it to everyone else.
Overall, whimsical and playful. I want more Cat in the Hat.
Wow! What a great yet simple poem! It gets your point across in a sufficient enough manner, and almost makes me feel guilty for writing the depressing poems I often do. I love the lines;
Don’t you want to avoid
poems of depression with no flow?
Don’t you just feel annoyed
when you have to read them slow?
The rhetorical questions in these lines really draws the reader in! Just a small grammar nitpick.
Under the brilliant sun
We say goodbye and bow!
There should either be punctuation after sun, or We should not be capitalized, just to be in keeping with the rest of the poem.
A great poem, and continue writing!

Wow !! Your poem just took my breath away . The flow of the poem was really smooth ... It was like gliding on candy floss ... Your message is a quite beautiful and a crystal clear one . It reaches the reader directly and without much fumble . Your verses are just the appropriate length and are easy to read . The spaces between the paragraphs makes it much easier to read .. Overall , a very nice poem ...
