I liked this generally, and really only have one problem with it. I found myself going back to read what the questions were when reading your numbered sentences. I suggest you repeat each question before the answer just so the reader doesn't have to scan through an older paragraph.
I feel like this is a really good start to something that could be amazing. I think you should add on, but if you don't want to, it's your life. I would like to see some more analysis of your points, especially at your answers.
I feel like this is more of a essay. But I will answer your questions.
1. My dad is relatively nice, but when he gets mad, I have a lot of chores and homework to do.
2. He is a Nurse.
3. Homeschooling me and my siblings, watching his favorite movies, reading a good book, reading my works.

Well, this isn't really a short story, but I'll answer the questions to knock it out of the Green Room.
1. He's technically a stepdad. He acts nice and loving, but can be a wee bit pervy (he thinks it's funny but it so isn't) and annoying and up my bum and just a pain, but overall, he is a good father.

Okay, so I honestly can't review this. It would've been better as a blog, and I feel like I'm cheating for points. I'm sorry! If I had to give a piece of advice, it's to reevaluate your answers, cause you ask five questions but give six answers.

Hai Nike, Laure here for an incredibly short review. As you can see, I have answered the questions because I think this story really strikes home for me. I actually had to look up 'mid-life crisis' as the term is completely new to me and I completely agree. I don't think many readers will understand this story unless their father too, is facing a 'mid-life crisis' like yours or mine.
I can relate.
The opening was simple but is also gripping, starting it out with a question, a great question that I'm sure many of us wonders about. There is only one suggestion I would make. Put, 'think about this, really.' on a new line because I think it would empathize its important more.
'Think about this, really.'
I don't think I can nitpick anything else, your spelling and grammar is fine and the simplicity of this story is brilliant as for the content itself.
