I really really enjoyed this poem of yours. And yeah it connects to me well. I'm surprised that I'm not the only one who does it. Right from the opening stanza I knew that this was going to be interesting.
I loved every thing about it and begin completely true I ask the same questions you stated in your poem.

Okay so in the first stanza I don't really enjoy the word "ticks" it seems really primitive and unpleasing to the reader. And just to make sure I wasn't just being retentive I asked my friend and she agreed, so I would say try to think of another word.
I feel like instead of "over over and over again" Maybe it should be "over and over and over again." if you don't agree it still sounds great.
Honestly the rest of it is perfect. You did a great job!

This was a great poem. I love how this poem can be perceive as a different meaning to each person who reads it. To me it's what's behind the mind of a person who listens to the same song. However could be perceived as depression and things along with that. I'm fairly new to this website so I haven't much experience. Due to that I'm not sure of what you could change to make it better. Overall it was a great, relatable poem.
