Melting in the Summer Sun

Write & Review 4 Poems about the Sun before the Summer Ends!

Poetry Crew would like to challenge YWS to the following:

Write 4 poems with references to the sun, post them on YWS (through lit center)
Review at least 4 poems about the sun
Link both poems and reviews HERE
Complete both (4 poems, 4 reviews), and get a badge! Double it (8 poems, 8 reviews), and get an even shinier badge!

> The person who Reviews the most sun poems (and links them in the forum) gets a super awesome super special badge and 1000 poetry points (must review more than 8 to qualify for entry).

> Every Sun Review also gets you a "Brightest Poem Vote" with which you can vote for your favorite sun poem of the event! (send your votes to alliyah by Aug 30)

Feel free to use one of the text or image prompts HERE, or add your own to this thread!

Let's share the light and joy of poetry before the Summer ends!
