“Whenever I Swing”

Whenever I swing, I’ll think of you.
Because in heaven, that’s what we’ll do.
We’ll meet by heaven’s gates,
Then run to God’s special trees
And swing from the braches,
And swing from the vines.
Just you and me,
Swinging in God’s special trees.
So whenever I swing, I’ll think of you.
Because in heaven, that’s what we’ll do.

This is the sweetest poem I'll ever read. Certainly the most feeling behind all the poems I've read today. It's short and simple and sweet and I love it.

It has a great flow, something childlike about it that adds to the amazing, ethereal quality of the poem. It's an amazing thing, this poem.

Wonderful imagery.

I don't know what else to say, it's pure and lovely.

Thank you for writing this.
Happy Review Day.

Maybe I should say something quote-worthy, like, I dunno... "You can only be happy if you decide to be happy?"
