How wonderful it is,
the sonorous melody of music.
The resonant hum
of each instrument,
breathes life into us all.
It reaches a new level within us.
It can make us rise,
command us to fall,
and shatter us all the same.
How one longs
to master such harmony,
to acquire the timeless tune.
But music
is a thing of freedom.
It is the freedom of expression,
the freedom of love.
The true meaning
within us all,
imprisoned in our hearts,
is set free through our song.
Music is freedom,
freedom of the soul.

Overall, this was a pretty nice piece. Apart from the few odd line breaks, the wording and imagery was nice. I personally love music, so my opinion on this piece is pretty bias. I thought you described the feel and effect of music perfectly. I feel the exact same way.
Because I don't have much else to say, I'm going to go ahead and wrap this up. Sorry for the lame review. This was such a nice piece!

the whole thing seems kind of bland, maybe use some spicy words to tone it up.
I like this stanza the most. It has the most impact, and I think you paced yourself very well.
Im not a ggrammar for poems nazi so I cant pick out all the little details. but i can tell you this poem needs a little more life
Great start

this definately qualifies as music. the only problem i really had was that in the beginning, you started out talking about classical music, but then move on to broaden to all music without giving a definite switch. Either take out the classical part or add it to the other stanzas, because it can get the reader confused.
wow. just wow... that was purely amazing!
there is not much to critique except the third line of the first stanza.
it says something about classical music, however, that is only one type of music. But each individual enjoys different kinds of music. If you were referring to the type of music that you liked, perhaps you should have replaced the "us"'s in all of your poem's paragraphs with "me" or "I".
Just a thought..
and I just LOVED the last paragraph!!!!!
It was my favorite part of the poem.
your work was truly beautiful and described music in such a way....... (speechless!)
This was very inspiring. Please continue writing so that I may continue reading! Lol
