My surprise to you: Mine!

My surprise to you is mine. You get no surprise.

You give a surprise to me, I take it. On your next birthday i will give it back then take it when you are sleeping.

My surprise to you is mine!

I give you a surprise , you take it. I give you another surprise, I take it back.

My surprise to you is not yours.

You take my surprise to you while I'm preparing. Based on morals this surprise can no longer be yours because i am no longer your friend and i would have given this present to another friend.

My surprise to you is, yet can't be yours.

I mail you a surprise from an anonymous address. You, confused, bring the present. I receive it.

My surprise to you is mine.

My surprise to you will never be yours.

You're right. I'm thoroughly confused.

I mean, I think I get it. I do get it, abstractly.

I have no gramatical nitpicks, partially because I was confused...

I think you get the point. :P

I would only change one thing...

My surprise to you: Mine!

I would replace the colon with a comma. But maybe that's just me and my semi-obsession with commas.

Keep writing!
