*I know, not one of my bests, but I just thought of getting into the mood so i wrote this. Pleaseeeeee be nice. Say it sucks in a nice way  . So happy Valentine's to everyone!*

Should I write a love poem
Since it's Saint Valentine's day?
Should I propose to dance or to sing
Or can I do it in some other way?

Maybe try to send a letter
Or maybe plan a wonderful date?
but it's the big day already
Oh, I hope it's not too late!

Maybe I should call you
Or just text you
Isn't that a bit... heartless?
Oh gosh, what should I do?

Maybe just say it to your face
Yes, that's what I'll do.
I'll approach you and say:
"I love you"

WriteWatIWant! I haven't reviewed anything of yours yet. Well, here goes.

Should I write a love poem
Since it's Saint Valentine's day?
Should I propose to dance or to sing
Or can I do it in some other way?

Do what?

Maybe try to send a letter
Or maybe plan a wonderful date?
but it's the big day already
Oh, I hope it's not too late!

Third line throws everything off beat. Try "But, alas, it's the big day already" or something along those lines. Just add a word or two to add more syllables.

---

Otherwise, short and sweet with a good flow.
Just remember that flow and beat are always important in poetry.

It's actually pretty good. These are actually some of the questions
that I think of when I like someone, but with more feeling. I
don't think that it really captures the confusion that we tend to
get when we really like someone. I still think its well written
though.

Should I write a love poem
Since it's Saint Valentine's day? You was writing one at that moment...
Should I propose to dance, [s]or[/s] to sing
Or can I do it in some other way? This is kinda sloppy...

Maybe try to send a letter
Or maybe plan a wonderful date? You need to spice things here a little bit with eg. unplanned or something like that.
but it's the big day already: never start a sentence with but.
Oh, I hope it's not too late!

Maybe I should call you
Or just text you
Isn't that a bit[s]... [/s]heartless? We know you want to put a pause here so the "..." is not important.
Oh gosh, what should I do? All these question seems like you don't know what are you doing. Put some strength to it, some confidence....

Maybe just say it to your face...
Yes, that's what I'll do.
I'll approach you and say: Oh, here's that confidence.
"I love you" you used the same rhyme like in 3rd stanza here. You need to get rid of something (I like better the last stanza ;) )

I don't love all that effort for Valentine's day. Generally speaking, it's all capitalism. If you love someone, you can just say: "I love you" and that's enough. I liked your poem because it's simple. You displayed all those feelings that come around February, all that shimmering, all that strange feelings for someone...and that's important, really...

Oh, I hope it's not to late! i guess you meant to say 'too'

Apart from the few mistakes I think this poem is lovely, hope you had a great St. Valentines day. :D
