A/N: So, it's been ages, I think, since I've last made an appearance in YWS xD I'm currently trying to figure out the new layout and see what I can do about~ Four years here and I've fallen out of the waggon, how disappointing. Anyway. This is one of my most recent poems, and I understand it's a bit... it's supposed to be different xD all help will be extremely appreciated!

eyes open to see nothing
(but red)
hands shake, heart races;
I am mad.

the page is blank, white
no ink-drawn syllables
articulate lies, words.

a swelling rage (RAGE) grows,
- where was my fault? -
washes over, drowns me
(madmadmad)
once, twice, it rose, it fell
I crash. Paper is thorned,
stings my skin, burns my eyes
poison bleeds, in my veins
- where was my fault? -
scarlet truth,
black peace,
I am mad.

It doesn’t smell old, it just smells like a bad idea.
