I'm just copying this from Wattpad and pasting it on here because you'll get some good reviews out of it. I wrote this a year ago and haven't changed anything so there should be a lot to comment on. Have fun. :)

"Raggedy Man," Amy swung around to face her Doctor, taking her red eyes off the angel, "Goodbye".

She felt a prick on the small of her back, and in the blink of an eye she was standing in a completely different landscape.

There were white stone pillars everywhere, they supported white roofs which had intricate designs carved into them. Amy saw statues of people with wreathes on their heads, men holding lightning bolts and tridents, one large statue of a woman holding an angel in her hand.

Rory. Amy suddenly panicked. Where was Rory? She ran up and down the sandy streets looking left and right, but he wasn't anywhere.

"This isn't New York," Amy said to herself, "This isn't America."

She knew what this place was. Greece. Ancient Greece.

Amy dropped onto the ground and put her head between her legs. She cried for an hour before someone came and put their hand on her shoulder.

Amy felt a spark of hope hit her. Was it Rory? Please be Rory.

She stood up, wiped her eyes and looked at the man who had touched her. No, he wasn't Mr Pond. This man was far too skinny, though not to say her husband wasn't. This man wore a white suit with a rainbow belt, he had a strange black device in his shirt pocket. The device looked strangely familiar. His hair was also black and it stood out against his suit. But his facial features were so sharp, they were almost villainous.

"Who are you?" Amy inquired.

"Amelia Pond," The man beamed, colour coming to his pale cheeks. His voice was very deep, Amy noticed, and for a stranger, he seemed very happy to see her.

Then it struck Amy that he must already know her, as the man knew her name. And he certainly wasn't from this time, he wasn't in the right clothing at all.

The man saw her surprise and confusion, and continued, "I'm not Amelia Pond. That's you, of course! I haven't seen you in a very long time, the girl who waited!" The man went to embrace her and Amelia, astounded, allowed him to, "Oh, I'm so happy to see you!"

"Who are you?" She asked again, being able to speak directly into his ear.

He pulled away from her, "Have I come late? I'm so sorry! I was meant to come as soon you came, so I could take you where you're meant to be!"

"Who are you?" She was even more confused now, this man talked in riddles.

"Amy..." He looked worried now, "I'm the Doctor." The Doctor pulled his black sonic screwdriver out of his shirt pocket and the familiar sound rang through Amy's ears.

She believed he was the Doctor as soon as she heard the sonic. But he was so different! She was very relieved to be with the Doctor, but at the same time he wasn't /her/ Doctor.

Amy put her hand on his cheek, he was cold, "You're so different..."

"I'm over seven thousand years old now." He said slowly, "You look exactly how I remembered you."

She pulled her hand away and smiled, "You can take me to Rory, yeah?"

"Mr Pond!" The Doctor twirled around, waving the screwdriver at a passerby, "That's what I was told to do!"

"Who told you?"

"I found a note from myself. I expect I write the note after I deliver you. Don't let me forget!"

"I won't. If I did, you wouldn't be here," She hugged the Doctor.

"Ah, Amy. Amelia Pond," He hugged her back and then took her hand, "Let's take you home".

Amy grinned and silently squealed when she entered the Tardis. It had only been a couple of hours since she'd last done so. But she'd thought she would never see it again.

"Doctor..." Amy began when they were in the time vortex, "Have you seen River?"

The Doctor forced a smile. He knew what had happened to River. How she died. He couldn't tell Amy that. But he did know that she would live forever in the library, and that wasn't half bad.

"She's very happy, misses you, though," The Doctor said and he noticed the relief on Amy's face.

They left the phone box just outside of New York, and the Doctor handed Amy a strange helmet. It was one big mirror.

"Wear this and the angels will always be looking at themselves. But you have to run fast and then take it off because-"

Amy finished, "Whatever takes the image of an angel becomes an angel."

He nodded, his black hair waving in the wind.

They stood in silence for a moment, the he said, "I'm the same person, Amelia, just a different face. Try to see that."

"I know," She squeezed his cheeks, like a mother-in-law, smiling, "My Raggedy Man."

The Doctor grinned, "Goodbye, Amy."

This time it wasn't so hard. It was a proper goodbye, "Goodbye, and don't forget to write that note."

Amy walked to Winter Quay to be reunited with Rory. She heard the sound of the Tardis leaving behind her.

Welcome fellow wattpadder i'm fallen here to review your piece before I start I must rant, huge doctor who fan.

Rant: YES!!! FINALLY A DOCTOR WHO FAN!!! THIS HOMESTLY MADE ME CRY IT WAS GREAT!!!!!!

Now onto the review, to be quite honest I only saw one con and that was passive voice, the using un needed words like was, which believe me is hard to fix if your not thinking just writing. A suggestion re-read for the was and change them to try and get rid of the was. dialogue and thoughts are find for passive voice though.

As for the pros, what can I say this was touching, glorious, brilliant and very welly(made that up in my timy whimy) written. You don't see many fan-fics like that anymore.

As for your detail, they were simple yet brilliant allowing the reader to enter this world and enjoy it thoroughly. Your imagery was also spot on allowing the reader to picture exactly whats going on with the words you chosed

Your dialogue is realistic and sounds like something the doctor and amy would actually say and or do.

Your last sentences though,

""I know," She squeezed his cheeks, like a mother-in-law, smiling, "My Raggedy Man."

The Doctor grinned, "Goodbye, Amy."

This time it wasn't so hard. It was a proper goodbye, "Goodbye, and don't forget to write that note."

Amy walked to Winter Quay to be reunited with Rory. She heard the sound of the Tardis leaving behind her."

Sorry for coping a lot of it but I liked these lines because you so CLEARLY captured the goodbyes the doctor dose that leave the reader heartbroken yet happy about the ending.

the Mr. Raggedy Man was an amazing touch and brilliant as well

Overall, can't wait to read more from you and keep writing fellow whovian.

Sincerely,
Fallen

Thank you!

Hey!!!

Im still new at this reviewing so I hope this is helpful, but Im just sorta picking my way through! :D

"She stood up, wiped her eyes and looked at the man who had touched her. No, he wasn't Mr Pond. This man was far too skinny, though not to say her husband wasn't." The way you wrote this sounds like the only difference she sees in the two man was that this man was much skinnier then her husband! :/ I dont know, thats the way it appeared to me when I read it! So maybe play with that a little and see if you can write it differently.

"She pulled her hand away and smiled, "You can take me to Rory, yeah?" " The way Amy says this doesnt really sounds right! Maybe "You can take me to Rory, then?" Im not sure really what you want to do with it. But the way it is kinda sounds out of place!

This was a rather confusing chapter for me! I feel like Im really missing something!!! :D But then, is this the end of something that you wrote? I see that it is Doctor Who Fanfiction! For one I have never even seen or read Doctor who! ;) So that might be why Im lost. On the other hand I thought I would throw it out there. It was pretty neat though and sounds magical which I love! :D
I hope this was helpful! Like I said Im very new at this so Im just plugging away with the reviews. :D I hope you have an amazing day and Good luck with editing it. Thats aways the hardest part for me! ;)

Hi there! So I can easily say that I really liked this. I'm kind of a sucker for these sorts of fanfics.

I especially liked how you didn't just undo what happened in Angels Take Manhattan, just make it a bit more complete.

Now for the problematic parts:
1. Why does Amy end up in Ancient Greece? She and Rory were both touched by the same angel, and it was established in Blink that if two people were touched by the same angel they'd probably end up in the same area. Just a simple line of dialogue from the Doctor could fix that, though.

2. How does Amy know she's in Ancient Greece? Basically, just a bit of description would fix this - if you describe her surroundings a bit more we should easily be able to tell this is Ancient Greece.

3. This Doctor feels really similar to the Eleventh Doctor. There are a couple things you could do to fix this. One is spend time making up a new personality for the Doctor and then applying it. Another is to just make it be with Eleven and have him say something about how they're now complicated events in time and space and he can't just take them with him again. It all depends on what emotional beats you want to hit.

Also, as a matter of interest, this seems to be in omniscient 3rd person, since we see a bit of both Amy's and the Doctor's thoughts. That's a really hard viewpoint to write from, but I think you pulled it off fairly well here. Good job!

Overall, this is a great start to a fanfic, and even though you said you wrote it a year ago and you probably won't do much with, it could be really great with a little work.

P.S. I love the rainbow-colored belt. I can just picture the Doctor wearing that. :P

Hey, Drac! It's Stormsie here to review for you tonight! Happy Review Day, fellow Greenie. :D

I just wanted to say that I'm typically not a fan of fanfiction (heh), but since yours was Doctor-related, I just had to pop in. And, to be quite honest, I'm glad I did. I just have so many Doctor Who feels.

Anyways, let's jump right in, shall we?

I first noticed a few lapses in punctuation, especially during dialogue. Just remember that dialogue tags are usually connected with a comma, and periods ending a sentence in quotations stay inside of the quote. :)

For example of another punctuation issue, I noticed this: "There were white stone pillars everywhere, they supported white roofs which had intricate designs carved into them." Between "everywhere" and "they," it seems as if a semicolon would work better. However, if we really want to get down to the gritty details, you could rewrite those two phrases altogether. Right now they feel a bit... forceful with the imagery. I know it's easier to just come straight out and describe everything blatantly--and sometimes that's what a certain sentence needs--but you probably know the ol' "show don't tell" business.

Moving on, I felt as if this: "Amy dropped onto the ground and put her head between her legs. She cried for an hour before someone came and put their hand on her shoulder." seemed a bit rushed. That might just be me, but I'd like to see an extension of Amy's grief, fear, and uncertainty instead of a simple, "She cried for an hour." That way, the audience can identify more with her character!

"'Amy...' He looked worried now, 'I'm the Doctor.' Agh. I may have squealed internally here. (But there should probably be a period after "now.") Also, this: "'I found a note from myself. I expect I write the note after I deliver you. Don't let me forget!'" sounds just like him, by the way.

Next, while the dialogue between the two characters is believable and true to their natures, I feel as if the sentence structure and overall seemingly rushed pace of the story detracts from your good job of capturing their actions. Try varying some of the sentence lengths more to refrain from falling into a monotonous pattern. :)

Overall, I enjoyed this short little conversation between Amy and the Doctor. I realize you wrote this a year ago, so I know you've improved a lot from then. Hopefully you can take the few tips I've passed onto you and shape this up into something better. Thanks for sharing, Drac! And as always: Write on!
