Love to one is nothing,
To another it is so much more.
Gives one person so much happiness,
But leaves the other feeling sore.
*
To some it is just a game,
Whenever they want they can play.
Use others for their own benefit,
Who cares if a person feels okay?
*
Others value love just so much,
That using someone would be a sin.
Care for and treasure their loved one,
Not toss their feelings away in a bin.
*
To some it is a clichéd topic,
Overrated it what they think it is.
Sick of hearing the word wherever they go,
Yet wonder if there really is something they miss.
*
Others are somewhat forced to love,
To an admirer's face "no" is what they can't say,
Think they would end up breaking someone's heart,
They have to keep their real feelings at bay.
*
Some hate the world they live in,
Love just doesn't seem real.
Always guarded and embarrassed,
Never ever share how they feel.
*
Others love another just so much,
Yet in return they don't get the same.
They are just so shy to express their feelings,
They don't even have anyone to blame.
*
Some have to get used to rejection,
No one seems to like them at all.
Find a no wherever they go,
But for others they continue to fall.
*
Others are admired by everyone,
People come in a line to ask for a date,
Leaves the person just so confused,
Realize who they love a little late.
*
Some admire one person for so long,
Yet the person just doesn't care.
Doesn't realize what he/she goes through,
What because of them someone has to bear.
*
Others enjoy a life full of love,
A love story is what they can write.
Telling us how pure their relationship was,
Right from that very first sight.
*
We can not determine what love actually is,
Even if we study the present or the history.
I guess that love has so many forms,
It is all a great big mystery.

Oh!!!Anshira!!!!!It is beautiful !!!!!!Filled with romantic feel.It has got a realistic touch.i read your poem and i am a fan of your poems.
it is a real truth.you have described various forms of love .there iare views of what love means for diferent kinds of people.some beleive in love and others dont.
Some are hppy and others are not.
All this suggests that love is very fluctuating.it has so many different meanings.the word LOVE is a homonym.....a single word with multiple meaning.LOVE is a word with great and deeeeeeeeeeeep meaning.
Thanks
No, only thanx wouldnt do,i want you to write a review on my blog"an average student turned into a topper
This poem is beautiful and so so so true. Thank you for describing perfectly how I feel about the topic. You explained multiple sides of love. Such as those who enjoy it, those who want it, and even those who believe it to be trivial. The poem shows such a range of different emotions and I love that.
My only suggestion is to maybe include more specific examples. For example, when you talk about someone not loving someone as much as they do, you could maybe add in a more specific/real-life example of that happening. It might add even more to the poem.
Overall, I loved it, and can't stop reading it. Please write more!
Thank you- both for your encouragement and advice.
Hi Anshira,
This is a beautiful poem. It completely captures all that love is, was, and ever will be. In the fourth stanza the rhyme scheme is slightly deterred by is/miss. They don't rhyme because is ends with a z sound, while miss ends in a s sound. I would consider re-working this stanza just to fix the flow.
Other that that, this poem is great! It shows every angle to love that there is. I especially like the part, "Others are admired by everyone,/People come in a line to ask for a date,/Leaves the person just so confused,/Realize who they love a little late." It just shows that even people who everyone likes don't have love figured out.
Overall awesome poem, and as always, keep up the great writing!

Thank you.
HI!
Overall thoughts: Great poem. Very relatable.
Suggestions: "Realize who they love a little late" maybe change to "Realize who they love a little BIT late." it makes it flow slightly better.
The stanza with that line was my favorite, though. it was very relatable to how my life used to be.
Great poem. You made it understandable to everyone (Because let's face it: Everyone's been in at least one of the positions above)
So overall, it was a very nice poem. There were a few stops in flow, but these are very minor things, so good job!
Write on!
Thank you. I will think about fixing the things that you have problems with.
"Others love another just so much","Yet the person just doesn't care"-the lines which i found a bit weird you could have expressed it in some better way.Otherwise a very beautiful poem describing the uttermost thoughts from the core of your heart which is so reflected allthrough.Keep it up and bring more efforts in your next composition.
Thank you.
Hello! Tigerlilly here to review!

I just want to start out by saying I love this poem! You described perfectly every love story in history, and I feel like anyone can relate to one of them. I really like the idea of this poem, the way love cannot be defined, and I think its true. Everybody views it differently.
"Overrated *it what they think it is."
I think you meant to say *is
Other than that, I can't find anymore spelling/grammatical errors. The rhyming was flawless, and the message clear, so I think you overall did an excellent job! Keep writing, I look forward to reading more of your works.
Thanks
Hi Anshira, this poem is delightful to read! I'm certain anyone who reads can relate to at least one of the stanzas as you did a great job with variety reaching out to multiple perspectives of love. You display many of the most important aspects of love, It cannot be defined, it is different for everyone, and there is no right or wrong side. I love the pattern each stanza follows having the topic first, the two lines in between supporting, and the fourth in either a very cheerful or very sad conclusion each one doing an excellent job. Tying all together with a quotable ending absolutely blew me away! You are a very talented and magnificent writer, your portfolio has stunning tales and I hope to see more of your work in the future!
Thank you
