I was in a strange mood when I wrote this
Love is...
Love is the one you endlessly dream about.
Love is the one you smile at every day.
Love is the one you can't live without.
Love is the one you know will stay.
Love is the one who hugs you tight.
Love is the one who truly understands you.
Love is the one who battles your fights.
Love is the one who always stays true.
Love is the worry of being forgotten.
Love is the worry of loosing a soul mate.
Love is the worry of being shattered and broken.
Love is the worry of learning to hate.
Love is the feeling that creates destruction.
Love is the feeling that destroys your heart.
Love is the feeling that you can't overcome.
Love is the feeling that breaks you apart.
Love is the demon that haunts your dreams.
Love is the hurtful, countless lies you're told.
Love is the place where nothing is what it seems.
Love is the infection that freezes your soul cold.
Love is the hate, the hope and the things in between.
Meg xoxo

Hey Megan! I'm octocoffee, nice to meet you.
So, I thought it was a very cute and sweet poem. However, I have a few things I'd like to point out. I split it up into four-line stanzas, because I think it is easier to read this way, and stanzas tend to organize thoughts and themes better than one continuous piece, unless you're aiming for the fluidity of one thought, but it seems like you aren't, considering the use of periods.
It's a very cute opening. However, it's a little cliche, as alohajuice mentioned. There's really nothing here that's fresh or new. You might want to rethink these, try something else.
I felt like "the one you know will stay" and "the one who always stays true" are a little too similar in idea. I know you want it to rhyme, but you can rhyme with many other things as well. It's clear you want to show another facet of this "love" with each line, so I think it'd be better if you tried something else here. I think the line "Love is the one who battles your fights" is a clever phrasing, I would keep that. But again, everything else is a little overdone.
"Loosing" to "losing". Otherwise, it seems fine. I really don't have much to say about it.
The first line made me think of Yoda in Star Wars
I like this section. Your imagery is vivid and interesting. The word choice is great, and I especially love the "infection that freezes your soul cold". It's definitely not a cliche, and it's just very nice.
I like the ending, or at least what you're trying to get at. You should separate it from the rest, though. It is a special line, and it's obvious it doesn't fit in with the rest. Maybe you should model Shakespeare here, and try a couplet to end the poem. It adds a nice little clinch to things.
Throughout the whole poem, I believe the rhythm is lacking. Read this out loud; do you see where it feels awkward? Also, I found that the repetition of "Love is the..." in every single line made my eyes drift and skip over some words. Although it is the title of your poem, the emphasis should be on what you think love actually is, not the words themselves.
You have the right idea, but I will agree with alohajuice that there are many cliches here. Just take your time, and really think about it. Go over each line, like "Love is the one that hugs you tight" and think, "How else can I say this? What do I feel when this happens?" Don't try and constrain yourself to the rhyme scheme, however. Although it is very cute and well-done, you limit what you can say. Expand on metaphors and syntax and your poem will have a stronger effect on readers than just rhymes. Good luck, I wish you the best with this!
"Love is the worry of loosing a soul mate."
Losing just has one o.
"Love is the worry of learning to hate."
i didnt like that line. it does not seem to fit.
i would omit it if i were you.
"Love is the hate, the hope and the things in between."
that line was very bland and just blah. General
the whole poem is true, but its cliche. very cliche at points
