I. LOVE. THIS! It strikes the heart straight and true! There is no edits or suggestions I can make. This is perfect, and it is uniquely you! I love that! Besides, as you said, you cannot edit something that is personal. When it is so personal though, it makes everything have so much more depth and feeling to it.
