Reality is backstage.
Fantasy is in a cage.
I'm just a puppet in a play,
Dancing my way through the day.
But it's just for the show.
Now, don't you know?
Your still so confused,
Let me ignite the fuse.
Watch the flame run away
From this concealed play.
Nothing is as it seems,
They are but dreams.
Feeling softer than clouds
In those magnificent crowds.
Backstage behind curtains drawn,
You see a setting dawn.
No one is who they once played,
The puppet strings don't hold them at bay.
Reality's backstage,
Fantasy's in a cage.
This is the show, don't you know?

First, I want to say that I really like this poem. If I'm interpreting it right, it's extremely relatable. And I love all the metaphors and rhyming.
I have a feeling this was originally in stanzas, and like me, you didn't know how to do stanzas on YWS. I'm going to tell you what I was told (this has saved my life on YWS). You put a space between every stanza, and in that empty line, put a period so that there's something there to prevent it from ignoring the empty space.
This is what I got from the poem. At the beginning when you said "Reality's backstage, Fantasy's in a cage," and for a few lines after that, I felt like you meant you wanted fantasy, but it was reality that was there, not the beauty of fantasy. You have to pretend you're happy with it, but you're a "puppet" to life, just going through the same motions everyday. It's all the same, there's no variety, and it's boring to the point of unhappiness.
Then you make a transition. It took me a couple times reading and analyzing it to realize that " Your still so confused, Let me ignite the fuse," was the transition, but I think that it's good like that. I think after that point, that's where the people's true selves get to show, and they're free. They are being who they want to be, and they are no longer "puppets." When you say "Reality's backstage, Fantasy's in a cage," their reality is fantasy; it's what they want. Not what they have to be to please society.
I can see this as a metaphor for anyone, and I can picture this as actual circus people, who, in society, have to hide their talents and weird passions, but when the show is on, they are glorified for what they can do.
I have a couple grammar/revision things as well. I think the last line would be better if it were two lines instead. At "Your still so confused, Let me ignite the fuse," Your needs to be you're. also, instead of a comma, it should be a semi-colon or period. Same at "Nothing is as it seems, They are but dreams." Last of all, at "Now don't you know," there should be a comma after 'now.'
Great poem! Sorry this was so long XD

Hey! ajruby from the Reviewing Ravens here to, well, review!!
First off, this piece really intrigued me, as most poetry does. But this piece in particular really snagged my attention. However, there are a few things that I would like to point out.
1.
"Reality's backstage.
Fantasy's in a cage." I think that this would be better with "reality is" and "fantasy is". It just keeps the rhythm going better.
2. "Your still so confused, " Should be you're.
3. "In these magnificent crowds. " I would use "those" instead of these. It adds a sense of seperation from the crowd.
Overall, I really enjoyed this piece. You rhymed it (yay! Love it!!!) and you put a good amount of feeling into as well, making the reader feel drawn in. Lovely job on it! Suggestion for you. Maybe add a few more lines to set the stage more. When I read through it, I felt a bit lost about what was going on. (Of course, that's entirely your decision)
Keep on writing and may the reviews be ever in your favor!

Hmm. I like this piece, it seems quite unreal.
I really like how everything revolves around this puppet, and the way HE seems to see the world.
"Reality's a backstage" I especially like this part, it feels so... General. As if it could be applied to our lives. As if we were the puppets to a show that we cannot control.
Now there's a small typo at "your still so confused", since it should be "you're still so confused", but it's really the only thing.
Enjoyable rhymes, a story to a poem, well-painted images... really like it! Keep it up with the poems!
