Well my mom got a dirty man
Who calls himself Dirty Dan
And abuses us in any way he can
.
He makes home more of a hell
Thank God I am saved by the bell
But even then, I'm becoming a shell
All the stress makes me yell
.
I remember once, when mom was away
And Dirty Danny came out to play
Guess who was sitting there alone
Like unsuspecting prey?
**********
Get your dirty hands off of me!
You're hurting me bad, can't you see?
Why can't you just leave me be?
Lock the door, and throw away the key!
.
Please, Danny, Please get off of me.
I beg you to lock the door, and throw out the key.
.
You just tease me, you little whore
So don't act like you don't know "what for"
So therefore, I will unlock the door
And allow your blood drop to the floor
.
You sell your damaged goods at the store
You're not innocent you ugly french whore
**********
"Mom, he touched me!"
"No he didn't, you only want attention..."
"MOM! Why would I lie about-"
"Because you want me to feel sorry for you."
"No-"
"You pretend to get bullied in school, and now this!"
"HE BEATS YOU TOO!"
"I will not have you spreading lies anymore!"
"Mom..."
"I'm done with you. Why can't you just disappear?"

I felt the emotions, especially in the last part.

I loved that part, despite it's darkness and what it represents. I personally LOVE stuff like this. I'm that kind of person. I'd like to read more maybe on a different subject but something just as dark and depressing.
You've earned yourself a follow and a favorite.
Good work!

Hi, wtppower! This is pinkie here for a special review. I like to be your reviewer if you don't mind.

I like this poem. This poem is very interesting to read about. Like ka67 said, it has a great imagery and made the words flow. These words does rhyme and made me felt interested. It doesn't have any grammar errors and it's well-written! Yes! Also, this poem is true. I watched the movie called Woman Thou Art Loosed and this poem is almost relate to the movie. Like ka67 said, mothers always get abuse also their children. I truly enjoyed this poem. I hope to read more from you.
Awesome Job!
Cheers
Your reviewer, Pinkiegirl13
Hey! Ka67 here and I'm gonna shoot ya a review!

(If it is in there ignore my comment, haha!)
Okay, so on the technical side I don't really see anything. All the italics and caps are for emphasis and I love the way you wrote it. Your vocab fits just fine and I'm not good at spotting typos anyway
Okay, so, I love it. That is simple to say. I enjoy how it starts out and it seems like it was meant to be a quick and simply kind of song-poem thingie. I love how you gave the antagonist a nickname(Dirty Dan reminds me of sponge bob episodes though x3 oh the 90's!) I enjoy how you paced it and the entire thing is actually done quite well.
The abuse and disbelief is spot on. Most mothers in abusive relationships with kids, who later are abused, do not believe their children. That is really accurate and on point and I love the fact in it. I think the words and the rhyme scheme fit together well, especially when Dirty Dan calls her a whore and such, it is really spot on. Most abusers use those words to describe women who they want to inflict pain on.
I can't find much negative on this, other than it could also be put in the realistic section because that is exactly what it is
Okay, if you keep writing like this I'm glad to review for you! Keep writing! :p
