What am I waiting for?
Is it what I've always dreamed,
or something less?
I don't mind waiting.
Patience is a virtue.
I could wait on this for years.
Waiting would be best,
rushing has a tendency
to ruin these things.
But I sometimes wonder
am I waiting on what I thought?
Or am I waiting on nothing?
I'm still rather young,
I don't know what true love is.
But I am starting to learn.
And I think I've found someone
who might just be the one.
And I am willing to wait and see.
While I wait I begin to learn more
about what love really is.
And one day I'll know if this is it.
But for now I'll just wait.
Until I know for sure
that I know what love is.
For now, I do have one question.
What am I waiting for?
If I say yes, will he too?
If I one day decide
that this is the real deal
will I even stand a chance?
Am I waiting on nothing?
Or am I waiting on something?
Is there anything worth waiting on?
Will I be rejected?
Or will I be accepted?
I guess I don't really need
to know just yet.
But it would be nice
if he could give me a hint.
Nothing I'd act on just yet.
Just a small hint.
Some way for me to know
that I should keep on waiting.
Just one small sign to say
what I am waiting for.

Hey there Kat here to write a review for you and Reviewlution on this lovely review day!
I really loved this poem overall. LOTS of questions haha XD but it describes a girls mind so perfectly at this age and in love. Is it real? should I find someone else? Is it worth it? Nice job and I'm having the same questions to right now! I just don't have your patience. But it does make the reader wonder what is she waiting for because at parts she seems to just be telling herself to wait while her heart is telling her another thing? Unlike Iggy, I feel like the repetition of questions really adds to your poem and the uncertainty and like most good poems you started really vague then built on the actual meaning of the writers uncertainty. I really loved
"Waiting would be best,
rushing has a tendency
to ruin these things. "
because it's so true and it's messed up my past relationships pretty badly. Well no real criticism I left that to Iggy. just want to say nice job and keep it up!

I don't know. What are you waiting for?

could do with some work, as some parts were choppy, but it was overall nicely written and holds lots of potential. I liked it! I liked the message behind it and I like how it was told. It is a beautiful poem that can do with improvement but is still a good poem. ^^
Sorry, that was my immediate reaction to the title.
Okay, so I do have two nitpicks wit this. These are my opinions, though, so don't feel obligated to change anything. Just suggestions.
1. Why so many questions? There's one stanza with all questions and three or four stanzas with more questions than sentences xD while questions are awesome and engaging, as they make the reader think and reflect in the poem, I feel that a bunch of them will scare the reader away, especially if as close together as they are. I know I felt s bit intimidated while redwing this, with my mind asking so many questions and I'm just like 'o__o I DON'T KNOW!"
2. This feels a bit rambly. I gather that the message of this poem is that the narrator thinks she has found love, but is willing to wait and see if he's the one. It's stated again that she likes to wait and waiting is okay and waiting is this and waiting is that and it tends to drag on. I mean, I get it. She's okay with waiting. NOW TALK MORE ABOUT THE BOY. I would rather know more about her bubbling romance than her joy for waiting.
Other than that, this was a good poem.
Wow great poem, the only things I want to say are:

first, make sure you don't repeat to much. It sometimes seems abundant and looks like you're just repeating the same idea over and over again.
second, make sure your sentences/words make sense. For example: "Is there anything worth waiting on?" should probably be: "is there anything worth waiting for?"
Some of the "on" you have in that poems should be changed to "for"
Otherwise, nice poem! Keep writing
