Running with time

In Stuff from a while ago

Time ticks on,
awaiting no one,
moves so slowly, yet so fast

It runs on and on,
paying no heed to what is gone,
moving, moving, moving,

I try to run, stay with time,
but I fall behind,
running with time,

As time moves faster,
my steps get slower,
but it pays no heed,

Time ticks on,
I'm left behind,
running on and on.

Not an amzing reviewer but here's a shot.
The poem's short, and concise is good. But it also feels a bit repetative and lacking content. Of course that helps in gifing that hurried feeling and reflects the doncept, but just a point to mention.

The punctuation needs a looking into. You keep at it giving commas at the end of each stanza. I was told once that you should try writing apoem like a prose when you're thinking of punctuation. Think, where would you put the fullstop then? You want the sentence to end somewhere.

Also, the third stanza repeats the word run as run in the first sentence and running in the last, that sounds odd. The repetition tangles in your hearing. So yeah replacebone of the words with some synonym.

Finaly, as mentioned below, the last two stanzas need 1 more line each to help continue the original flow.

Hope this review helps, I've tried to critique my best. And no hard feelings.
Best of luck, hope to see more from you.

I think this poem addresses one of the most common things people try to do, race time. Some would even say that we're always racing it.
Anyway, I liked the layout of this poem and the whole not-quite-a-rhyme-scheme you've got going on.
However, I didn't feel this went just quite as in depth as I hoped it would. And it was just a tiny little bit repetitive.
Over all I enjoyed this poem.

Keep up the good work!

Time ticks on,

(This stanza is okay...)

It runs on and on,
paying no heed to what is gone,
moveing, moveing, moveing,
(I don't really like the last line of this stanza, and moving doesn't have an "e".)

I try to run, stay with time,
but I fall behind,
running with time,
(This one is good.)

As time moves faster,
my steps get slower,
but it pays no heed,
(I think you need to add another line on this stanza.)

Time ticks on,
I'm left behind,
running on and on.
(good.)

Overall
