Hey there! MapleWay here dropping by with a quick review!
This was a real neat poem! It had such an enjoyable happy vibe that is very hard to achieve! The picture added a very nice touch to it and so did the text! My favorite line though was, "As the pleasant waters warmed their hopes." This gave me such a nice feeling! I felt as if I was relaxing on a floaty in the pool taking in the sun.
Anyways great poem! Tag me if you guys do another!
In poetry, it is often essential to touch upon the senses and this piece does that perfectly. Through careful word choice and vivid description, anyone who comes upon it is forced to remember spring. I love the simple rhyme scheme and the many colors involved in each stanza. My only critique is that occasionally, I had to reread lines to hear them flow. Otherwise, I adore this piece. It has brought me an abundance of excitement for warm weather.
Thanks a lot for the review
