In FNAF fanfics

*This fanfic is under my folder “FNAF fanfics”. Gacha Club character designs are under this forum: https://www.youngwriterssociety.com/topic/117842-my-character-designs-lt-33-3?start=225. This is part of my FNAF AU. (FNAF is a franchise created by Scott Cawthon for those who don’t know). Sean is the name I came up with for CC. Anyway, enjoy!*

William could never sleep at night, but ever since the day he took Sean to see the endoskeletons, he really couldn’t sleep.

As if on cue, the door cracked open. A shadow no taller than the doorknob stood there, holding a teddy bear plush. A golden Fredbear plush, completely rare. But of course William gave it to him for free.

“Daddy, can you come to my room?”

William got up to look for demons that would not be there.

William opened the door, about to leave, but felt a strong tug on his right wrist.

He sighed and turned around.

Sean clung onto his wrist and looked up at him with his large, brown, frightened eyes. William knew exactly what he would say next, as he asked this every night:

“Can I sleep with you and Mommy?”

“You know that there’s nothing in your room, right?” Willam asked, trying to remove his wrist from Sean’s grasp. He held on tightly.

Sean looked left and right, then looked back up at him with his petrified eyes.

“You don’t see them, but there are monsters. Big, scary monsters.” Sean said, clinging onto him tighter than before.

“Sean, it’s okay. There is nothing in your room.”

“There is! There is!” He sobbed. He said it with such certainty, such fear, that William suddenly remembered how he clung onto his mother when he saw Wilma-

No. That was a long time ago. He couldn’t think about that anymore. That was a long time ago. He was a father and he could not think about that. Especially not in front of his kids.

But he wouldn’t leave Sean either.

“Fine. You can sleep in our bed one time, but tomorrow, you sleep in your own room, okay?”

“Okay.” Sean said, wiping his eyes.

Still holding onto his leg, William ascended up the stairs to their room.

Sean was not going to be scared like he was, he wouldn’t let it, but he wasn’t completely heartless.

Just once.
