In Dear K Love S

This chapter is ending
It’s not been easy
But I’ve learned my lesson
Have you?

I was not perfect in it
Neither were you
I have come to terms with it
Have you?

This chapter won’t define me
Mistakes won’t either
I won’t be repeating it
Will you?

I’ve forgiven everyone
I’ve found myself again
I have moved on
Will you?

Goodnight (and just why can't I use goodnight as a hello instead of goodbye, goodmorning does it so well)

I really loved this, and I think I understand it. As I read it, it seems that the chapter you write of refers to a chapter of your life. I really like your writing style, your use of punctuation in the form of question marks adds a lot. Your spelling is on point.

I love the finality of it. As you write, you give no space for turning back. "This chapter won't define me," "I'm moving on," these go to embolden the past that you have changed and things are no longer the same.

This is a great piece and I look forward to reading more like it,

Goodnight, as goodbye this time,

Keep on writing!

I may not understand what you were trying to get at in this poem, but I loved it nonetheless! It's like you're saying that there was an incident that the reader was a part of and we don't know if we can get past the trauma of it. I love this! Continue making these types of poems, they are very heart-felt I believe. Good job! Keep up the fantastical work!

Thanks for the review! I think you caught on to the majority of the meaning pretty well!

Well then, the first sentence of my review was an understatement! I do know what you meant in your poem!XD

There are those who say that life is like a book, with chapters for each event in your life and a limited number of pages on which you can spend your time. But I prefer to think that a book is like a life, particularly a good one, which is well to worth staying up all night to finish.
