The Great Tortoise Race of 2024

Welcome one and all to the annual Great Team Tortoise Race! You know it, you love it, and now this classic event is back and better than ever. Everyone is encouraged to review every day this June to earn special badges!



You must write one review every day of June, starting June 1 in order to participate. YWS automatically keeps track of who is still competing in Team Tortoise and who has completed their daily reviews on the Team Tortoise Leaderboards. Sometimes, there is a bit of flexibility when it comes to time zones, but make sure you write one review a day so you aren't disqualified! You can also share your progress and motivation for others in the competition with the hashtag #TeamTortoise!

This thread will also feature encouragement, tips, and other Team Tortoise Legacy information for our competitors. We'll also keep track of who's in the running for posterity!

PS - last year we broke the YWS record for most tortoises winning team tortoise with nine winners could we break that record again this year? We still have 15 tortoises racing to the finish line!

Hey have you heard the news? YOU are awesome! Also these folks are more than half way to the finish-line! Woohoo! This June, something amazing happened. Not only was it a month full of many awesome reviews, but it was also a record-breaking month!

That's right! Last year, we broke the record for most reviewers to complete Team Tortoise in one month with 9 reviewers! This year, we had 13 reviewers!! 13 users successfully wrote a review at least every day in the month of June, so please congratulate the following awesome people for their marvelousness!
