This is one of my first poems and its about anxiety and paranoia.

The poem is taking place through the eyes of a man at war while he thinks of its inhumanity.

Half writers' block, half a sense of impulsivity. Both of the personas are fictional characters, and hopefully makes some sense :)

Pick yourself up

Leaving our lives to pursue our dreams On the way we realise At least back then we had something

This is my first attempt at a ballad; apologies if the rhymes/words make little sense.

Change is all not as it seems, and the grass may not always be greener on the other side

just how i feel right now

I don't know how for whom, but for me fate should give me another chance. Such a situation happens to everyone from time to time.

A poem about agony, used as a metaphor. That's all I can say. Tribute to those facing similar emotional struggles.

Capturing the essence of childhood dreams, the harsh reality of adulthood, and the importance of cherishing life's fleeting moments.

Poem about the complexities of desire and the struggles of trying to resist it. Most of my poems follow Early-Modern English, not Contemporary!

This poem reflects on the afterlife, where the soul's journey extends beyond mortality, and death is not an end but a transition to eternal rest.

Just a poem I wrote after feeling burned out.
