He walked into the door
Picked my heart from the floor,
Broken and burnt.
He was the one for whom I yearned.
He walked out of the door
With my heart on the floor,
Broken and burnt.
My life became a story; vague and blurred.
Again he became mine
But he left once more like last time.
I could not stop myself as he returned,
Love is a lesson; never learnt.
What is love?
Beauty beyond measure
Is it love or just pleasure?
I do not know for sure,
But I want more.
He changed my life and myself
He was mysterious, magical and something else,
He turned my life into a blissful hell.
He was a trader of promises; buy and sell.
What is love?
Other name of never having enough
Pray it’s not a bluff,
You give, not take,
You’ll suffer if it’s fake.
A beautiful feeling
Or a word with no meaning,
An ecstatic pain,
Only loss, no gain.

woooow what a beautiful poeme i really really like it this one is definetly talking aboute me hhhh .I don't know why but i felt like something is going on with me seriously great job the words that you used for this one were fabelous but i have a question what is love???
I'm speechless, but I'll try and say something. Well first of all, I love your poem. Then again i love anything about love.
I like the repetition of the first three lines in the second stanza. I think it really portrays your feelings on this, that it's the only wrds you can find to say it. But if he broke your heart once, why let him do it again? I realize you asked yourself that, so I'll ask this. Did you find the answer?
That's all i have to say. Good luck and keep writing!
This is really well done. It's expressive, it flows beautifully, it gets its meaning across, and everything works together great. I especially love your lines, "You give, not take,/You'll suffer if it's fake." I think this goes a bit deeper into what love really is than a lot of the poem. All together though, it's kind of a sad story about a kind of love that may not be terribly healthy. It sounds like the narrator is being used by this man who she loves but he doesn't seem to really love her back. Well, maybe he does; I guess we don't get his side of the story, just that it's an on/off relationship. Even so, you somehow manage to express the pain and joy and beauty that can all be tangled up in such a relationship. Good job!
Beautiful! I loved that it's just so... so... I don't know! I can't put it into words! Your an awesome poet! I would love to here more of your poetry! I would read anything you write! I couldn't find ANYTHING I didn't like! You have a talent. don't let anyone ever tell you that you don't. Because you truly do have a talent! Keep writing!
