Bad Girl

by moosiegirl

I'm not the kind of girl,
Who wears pink and plaid lined classics.
I'm a smother red or cherry,
Covered by a bomber's jacket.
Im not a that teacher's pet.
who sits in front and looks estatic.
I'm that girl you see,
All the other girls wish to be.

You try to give me,
You try to give me your love, your loss.
You try to give me,
You try to give me your love, your loss.

Chorus:
Don't try to get me wrong.
I know I deserve better.
Why all the flower and chocolates?
Are you trying to get me fat?

But just for you,
I can't deny
That of course its possible for me.
But it's still a question.
My inner proposition:
But now I see, deep inside
I can't change for you.
Cause I break the rules.
I'm a bad girl.
And I can't, no, I won't,
Change who I am...

People can show up to prom,
Wearing diamonds from their lashes.
I can show up with my drink,
And upchuck over all their asses,
Can't you hear those words that I keep repeating,
On and on, and over backwards,
My world's too dangerous for you...
I'm not that barbie girl.

I'm not on the inside of that steillized bubble...
For those people just like you, ya see?
Can't you just give me up?
Won't you just let me go?
Don't you ever see me when I say,
That I just Dont. Ever. Want. You.

CHORUS

Let me go on my own.
Just let me fade away.
You and I won't ever be ok.
I'll be your girl, the one your proud to see,
In a different universe, but for now,
What is it about you?
Cant' you see you blind boy?

I don't want your money.
I don't cherish your help, honey.
I don't need your lies.
It's a dog's premonition,
I have the streets,
I'm up onto my feet.
Baby it's all I need!

CHORUS

But if I ever change,
Will you drive a motorcycle?
Dye your hair pink?
Live your life a little?
If your answer's no?
Why can you possibly ask of me,
To change, When you're the same as,
As Me.
