Just Feel

You have always been
a mystery to me.
I will never understand
why you care for me.
I find myself suffocating,
you make me breathe.
You relate your experiences
and your life
it feels like you tell me everything,
except what you are really feeling.
You bottle that in,
keep it to yourself,
you act like your feeling sdon’t exist,
I’m the center of your world and that is just it.
I know you feel,
I could see it in your eyes after devon died,
your heart dropped,
but still the love came for no reason.
I want you to feel,
not just for me,
but for yourself.

Hi there,
I decided to randomly look for pieces of work that I could offer a review and I never expected to find something so personal.
It's heart wrenching!

I feel like I have no place to critique this as it obviously is something close to you. Just wanted to let you know what someone has read it and loves it :)

I especially love the line "I'm the center of your world and that is just it." I like how final it is and you can really feel your frustration through all of the words.

Good luck & keep writing. Feel free to have a peek at some of my work when you have the time - even though it's a little less deep!

BYE! :)
