I'm Tired

I can’t believe you think it works like that,

You want to play it like that?

I can play like that,

You had no right to do that,

No right at all.

You wanted to play me and you played me,

But I’m done,

No more apologizing for you,

No more taking the blame.

I’m tired of your lies,

Your cheats,

Your defeats,

I’m done being your puppet,

The one that you like to pull their strings.

You never even cared did you?

You thought you could just come into my life,

Play me,

And leave?

News flash buddy,

It doesn’t work that way.

I’m tired of you bringing me misery,

I’m tired of you hurting me.

You were never a true friend,

You’re not even a friend at all,

I’m not saying I’m sorry this time.

This is a very interesting poem. I really liked the flow of it and I could tell the pain it took to write that. I like the structure of the stanzas, because you honestly don't see poems like that on this site. It's very cool. I don't really have much to say, other than good job and write more. Adios!

I really liked this poem, but i fell it needs a complete of tweaks

I can’t believe you think it works like that,

You want to play it like that?

I can play like that,

You had no right to do that,

No right at all.

The flow would be better if you replaced the repeating "thats" in this stanza

You defeats,

Did you mean for you to be your?

Keep up the good work!!!
