we could escape
into oblivion,
where it's youandme perpetually.
and we can run wild in the sky,
reach a universe all our own-
and we could name it...
perfection.

Why'd you name this i-m-p-o-s-s-i-b-l-e? It's good, but why?
While the idea of disappearing for a while is quite appealing, I don't believe it's possible right now. Thank you
Hey there @xDarkHeart27x ! @Niraco here with a little review for you today!
I'd like to start off with something that bugged me about this poem before I start praising at - which is does deserve. I found the lack of capitalisation to be rather annoying. I understand that with poetry you can thrown grammar out of the window but since you used proper punctuation I felt that it was a tad annoying.
Now moving on to the awesome parts of your poem. Like what @TheShauzer said the use of the word 'oblivion' is rather confusing at first. For the same reasons he/she mentioned I liked its conflicting usage.
I also liked the rather missleading title. However the dashes you used put me for a little.
For me these lines were the best. 'Run wild in the sky' seemed very romantic and gave the poem a very beautiful touch.
"Oblivion" can be taken a number of ways, but I felt that it was the right word to get the feeling across without saying it outright. Thanks you!
I'm a he, by the way :')
Nice one DarkHeart
Shauzer here reviewing,
This just looks wrong.
Nobody can stop ye if ye really want to be together, alone
A world of your own, I like the way you think, its sweet. One more thing, I think you could have said something more about your paradise. It might have jumped the poem up from good amateur to great
And don't spit on good amateur, we're all amateurs. You're just a good one.
This was a really nice poem, one of the higher class of YWS. I'm not sure I understand what you mean by oblivion. Is it that normality is so tightly packed with people that you want to take your partner somewhere you know no-one else will be? Oblivion? And thus it becomes paradise? If so, I really liked how you did this, it was well written and sweet. I don't get what you were trying to do when you said "youandme". I liked the line, it was beautiful, my favourite. But why did you put the three words together, to make it rhyme better? I didn't really like this, it kind of goes against the rules of poetry. That's not even it, I like going against the rules of poetry
I liked the flow of the poem, even the shortest pieces have a flow to them and this one is smooth. It seemed like you wrote this effortlessly apart from the "youandme" part and this made it so much better. It seemed like this was the way you actually felt, and when poems offer a view into the writer's hearts they can touch the writer inside of us in a way we just have to enjoy!
Go on, name it Perfection. Nice idea to put at the end
Keep reading and writing, maybe increase your vocabulary, don't be afraid to get flashy!
Yours in ink,
TS.
That's great advice! Honestly. As for the "youandme," I wrote it that way to show that they can be seen as one, rather than two individuals. Thanks a bunch!
Oh now i get it :') nice one.
hey! XD

So this work is a WOW work.
'we could escape
into oblivion,
where it's youandme perpetually.
and we can run wild in the sky,
reach a universe all our own-
and we could name it...
perfection. '
the deliberate use of punctuation is perfect, the title is rather contradictory the theme of the work i find, but it still works and catches the attention of the reader brilliantly.
And I love the fact you run: youandme on together as one thing.
It's just really clever.
In fact, this work in its entirety is a really clever commentary on love and romance and relationships.
Kudos.
I am jealous of you for writing this piece, it is sooo good.
Keep writing.
~BSF
Made my day just that much better. Thank you so very much
Ok ,rikki here for a small review of your short and sweet composition.
This looks like as if you along with one of your affectionate one wishes to escape to a place where you are allowed to rest peacefully and attain that state of unawareness, completely undisturbed and you wish it to be everlasting.
Overall the whole poem is crafted well and conveys its message clearly and doesn't seem to be bogus at all.
" we could escape
into oblivion,
where it's youandme perpetually.
and we can run wild in the sky,
reach a universe all our own-
and we could name it...
perfection. "
Hope you arrive at a place where you are most comfortable and attain perfection in your own sense.
Keep writing mate.
All the Best.
thanks, rikki
