Yes I am sad

Yes I am hurt

But no, you cannot know

Yes I am alone

Yes I need Help

But no, you cannot tell

Shh, it's a secret

Yes I'm depressed

Yes I want out

But please, stay quiet

Shh, it's a secret

We all carry that pain

That hurt deep down inside

But no we won't tell

We can't tell

Because it's a secret

It hides deep in our soul

Shh, it's a secret

I absolutely love this. Nobody is always happy, we all have days where we just want to stay home in our rooms and cry and sleep and never come out. Everyone has a story but nobody wants to get to know it. But what you have to do is not let anyone bring you down and try to see the bright side of things because in the end you'll finally be happy.

Hello! Tigerlilly here for a quick review!

Wow! I felt almost as if I could hear someone reading this out loud to me, and it holds a very powerful message. It flows well and the rhymes are just right and don't seem forced. But the thing I love most about this poem is that it tells the story of every single person, because each person has that one thing they carry around. Whether it be an embarrassing moment or depression, we each hold our own secret. You portray this concept incredibly well, and I absolutely love this poem.

Keep writing, and have a nice day.

It is only a novel... or, in short, only some work in which the greatest powers of the mind are displayed, in which the most thorough knowledge of human nature, the happiest delineation of its varieties, the liveliest effusions of wit and humour, are conveyed to the world in the best-chosen language
