Could you please review this for me? It's the third chapter of a supernatural novel I'm working on. You don't need to review the first two, though if you want this to make more sense you may want to at least skim through them. Otherwise I'm just looking for what you think about my writing style, and nitpicks, and characters and such. Thanks in advance.
