In Poems

I stand alone in the rain
Feeling the harsh wind on my face
My tears mixed with the cold
The memory of your warm hands
Wrapped around me in the dark
Sends sobs racking my body

My fingers run along the wing
of the stone angel
that marks your passing
Anger. Despair. Guilt.
They consume me
Overwhelm me

I let the razor slip
sliding across my hand
Tears of red fall to the grave
and I can only thing of one thing
Why did you go to leave me behind?
Did you not love me?
Was I not your sister?
Did I mean nothing?

I want to be with you
I don't want to live
In a cold, cruel world;
without you here to help me
without you here
I am nothing
But a shell of what I used to be
I fall, I crumble, I break
Without you here to hold me down

I want to hold you
I want to make the pain go
I want to trust you with my pain
But now you're gone
Before I could meet you
Before I had the chance to say
You were my sister
My friend and my hero

Now I shall go
To where you are
To the heaven
The believers say
To the hell
the damns say
To nothing but you
as my heart says

The blade opens the scars
hidden by ribbons of black
That cover my wrists
Like a secret
Slowly I unwind them
watching as they fell down
To your grave; like fallen leaves
As the blade cut the delicate skin
I wonder will my brother forgive me?

The doctor inside him would say
Its not his fault but
the brother inside him
would blame himself
As the blood began to seep out
A rustle came from behind me
And I heard his voice scream,
I won't let you die!
Not when I'm still breathing
He grips my arm
just as blackness takes me

the only think I can hear
Is the sound of
beep...beeep...beep
I opened my eyes
To see you staring back at me
And I knew I was still here
with my brother
who loved me still

Wow. This depressed me a little bit, because it was so sad, but it was very well written, and I liked it a lot. Anybody who has experienced a close person's death will be able to relate to this. Well done!

This poem is...I have no words for it. Thats not a bad thing. Not by any means. I've been trying to think of a title. And what I have so far is "The Voice" or "One Voice." There is nothing about this I would ever change. I know it's from the heart. And I also think a certian person would appericate this as much as I do. This is a great job. Keep up the great work! And Keep Writing!! Lcve you sis!:D

Nice, but a little long and depressing but i have a feeling that is what you where aiming for. I really don't like poems about self harm , they put me into a place where i don't want to be. So you obviously managed to create a mood. The twist is quite nice too. Overall there was no rhythm and things don't really seem to meld together, lines are quite disjointed. Although the repartition was nice. I'm not the best poetry reviewer so i will end it here.
Great work!
